Responsible for the reception area and for the safety and security, including duties such as: Settling all administrative jobs as per company directives, Completing and checking all outlets’ settlements, including checking and booking the guest-checks in the hotel system, Preparing a Night Audit report, balancing the volume of sales between the cash register and the hotel system.
- English or German written and/or spoken
- Completed vocational training in hotel- or service industry
- 1 year of experience in a comparable position
- Administrative experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with modern communication methods and experience with computerized cash registers
- Excellent communication skills, stress resistance
- EU Passport
- Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice
- Tip equally shared through all crew members, average of 500-600 Euro per month
- Vacation days: every month you will earn vacation days on cumulative basis, after 3-4 month you
will go on vacation for 14-42 days, in average employee goes on vacation two times during the
season,
- Insurance – employee will receive private health insurance throughout the contract, accident and
death and permanent and total disability,
- Length of the contract: +(-) 9 months, contract is seasonal
